Raywings Learning Campus, hosted a workshop on "Employability Skills and
Career in the Pharma Industry" for its Pharmacy students, featuring Mr.
Prashant Verma, Ms. Surabhi Srivastava, and Ms. Huma Parveen from Medanta
Group.
During the workshop, the experts delivered an
insightful session on job opportunities in the field of pharmacy, addressing
the demand-supply gap, and highlighting key skills for successful placements,
such as analytics and decision-making. They also emphasized that in today's
rapidly evolving world, it's not just about being the 'next' - it's about being
the innovator, the game-changer, the pioneer. Education and experience may get
you in the door, but to truly excel in the dynamic field of emerging
technologies, soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are
essential.
