• Members of the committee get together once a month to talk over and settle any complaints that have been submitted in writing by the concerned students.
•  Must keep meeting minutes on file and give the Principal a copy of those minutes.

•  All resentful students, their parents, and others may now submit complaints to the institution's grievance committee in the first instance.
